Hi there
We've finally installed this new Windows server.
Anyway I'm trying to access RDP (remote desktop) and I guess that port 3389 must be closed since I can't connect remotely.
Could you open port 3389 to make RDP work? (It IS 3389 right?) |

Hi there
RDP is setup for ALL your IPs.
Make sure RDP is enabled and not blocked by the Windows firewall itself.
It seems to me the Windows firewall may be blocking your RDP connection.
Let us know if you need anything else.

| eCom I had the same problem the other day; just make sure that port 3389 is open and it should work! |
